Bärenpark

Build the Coziest Bear Park Ever

• Players: 2-4
• Best at: 4
• Playtime: about 30-45 minutes
• Price vibe: roughly 250-350 kr.

Why Bärenpark Is the Right Buy Right Now

Bärenpark is a puzzle-like tile-laying game where you build a park for adorable bears. You place oddly shaped tiles to fill your park, earn new pieces and unlock bear enclosures. It is relaxing, colourful and pleasantly puzzly. If you like fitting things together neatly, you will be in heaven.

The theme is utterly charming, which makes it a perfect gift or family game. It also has just enough tactics to keep adults interested while being simple enough for kids.

Why 4 Players Is the Sweet Spot

Everyone Is Busy Building

Each player builds their own park at the same time, so even with four there is very little waiting. That is rare in a game and means you can bring in the full group without slowing down.

More Competition for the Good Stuff

With four players, the shared tiles and bonuses get snapped up quickly, which adds a nice bit of tension. Two-player games are a bit more relaxed and calm.

A Lively Table

Four people building parks side by side creates a happy buzz as everyone admires (and envies) each other’s bears.

And With 2-3?

It is still lovely with fewer players, just more peaceful and less competitive. Four gives you the liveliest version.

Who Should Buy It?

• Families with kids
• Puzzle lovers
• Friends who prefer low-conflict games
• Anyone who finds bears more convincing than orcs

What Will It Cost?

Bärenpark normally costs around 250-350 kr. That is about the price of three or four café lattes, but the bears are much better company.

Verdict: Bear With Us, It’s Brilliant

If you are looking for a charming, low-stress game that thrives with a full table, Bärenpark is a delight. Even the grumpiest board gamer will crack a smile at a good bear park.
